Who I am

Hi, I’m Emily.

I spent my teenage years battling eating disorders, anxiety, depression, substance issues and family turmoil. I was in and out of hospitals and was considered a lost cause to most professionals.

Then one day in my twenties I woke up and said, “I can’t do this anymore” and threw myself into a self-regulated treatment where I overcame everything.

After 10 years of illness and 14 years of psychotherapy, I decided to dedicate my life to the possibility of helping others in the future. I studied a BSc in Psychology for 4 years at Goldsmiths University, and received a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Nutrition from St Marys University. In the last year, I started undergoing training to become a triple accredited Life Coach along with studying counselling and trauma informed therapy; skills in which I plan to keep developing indefinitely.

Now, I am the happiest and healthiest I have ever been. Every-day is a blessing that I can’t wait to endeavour.

My goal is to help you overcome struggles you may be facing. Coaching is a tool in which we work together to help you achieve your goals.
