Who I Am
Hi, I’m Emily.
I spent my teenage years battling eating disorders, anxiety, depression, substance issues and family turmoil. I was in and out of hospitals and was considered a lost cause to most professionals.
Then one day in my twenties I woke up and said, “I can’t do this anymore” and threw myself into a self-regulated treatment where I overcame everything.
After 10 years of illness and 14 years of psychotherapy, I decided to dedicate my life to the possibility of helping others in the future. I studied a BSc in Psychology for 4 years at Goldsmiths University, and received a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Nutrition from St Marys University. Following this, I started undergoing training to become a triple accredited Life Coach along with studying counselling and trauma informed therapy; skills in which I plan to keep developing indefinitely.
My goal is to help you overcome struggles you may be facing. Coaching is a tool in which we work together to help you achieve your goals. Whether confidence issues, family struggles, relationship or friendship turmoil, suffering with teenage angst or the parents of, I have helped people through all circumstances- book a call in to see if we are the right fit.

Therapy is an incredible tool for exploring the past and understanding why we’re wired the way we are. It helps us make sense of what’s happened to us and how those experiences have shaped the person we are today. How we live — how we think, respond, communicate, and relate — is due to our childhood and early developmental years. Every conversation, interaction and inner thoughts are a result of the way we were raised. Whether those experiences and relationships were healthy or traumatic or fun or painful - they create who we are.
Therapy is a process that can take you from -5 to 0 but coaching is what can take you from 0 to +5. Coaching is about looking into the future, working out your goals, and how we can help you achieve them. It’s a powerful, tangible, and effective tool in helping you create the life you’ve always desired, or the one you don’t even know you want yet.
